This module contains information, templates and resources for use by occupational therapists in a regional/rural locality to help them approach local businesses and organisations for support for occupational therapy student fieldwork placements e.g. to defray travel and accommodation expenses.

It contains information on how to set up a placement grant in a regional/rural location; a checklist/timeline to assist this process; a statement of support from the QOTFC as well as templates of letters to seek and thank sponsors to assist occupational therapists to establish a grant. It also contains useful information on potential contacts, some promotional material and information for sponsors detailing how they can set up a tax deductible grant.
